Terms of Usage

  • No SPAM Policy: Sending unsolicited emails or engaging in spam activities from our VPSs is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of service without any refund.
  • Prohibition of IRC Servers: Hosting IRC servers (IRCd) is not permitted on our VPSs. However, IRC clients such as ZNC, BNC, etc., are allowed for personal use..
  • Copyright Compliance: Users are prohibited from uploading any material that violates or infringes on copyright laws. Any such activity will result in account suspension and may lead to legal action.
  • Intellectual Property Rights: Users are prohibited from violating the intellectual property or trademark rights of any individual or organization. Activities such as piracy, hacking, cracking, phreaking, warez distribution, or the promotion of such activities are strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
  • Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If a service is non-functional and cannot be fixed, we will consider issuing a refund. However, refunds will not be granted if a cancellation request is submitted without first contacting our support team to address the issue.
  • Data Backups: We do not store backups of users' data due to our low costs. Users are advised to create and maintain their own backups to safeguard their data.
  • DMCA Complaints: If a VPS receives a complaint (e.g., DMCA) from our network providers (Data Center), users will be given 48 hours to respond. Failure to respond within 48 hours will result in suspension of the VPS. Unsuspension will occur only after the user responds to the complaint and commits to avoiding similar incidents in the future. Repeated violations may lead to termination of the VPS without warning or refund.
  • Legal Content: Pornography and sex-related merchandising are permitted on our platform, provided it complies with the laws of Kansas City, Missouri, and the United States of America.
  • Harassment and Denial-of-Service (DoS) Attacks: Knowingly engaging in activities intended to harass other users or cause a denial-of-service attack, whether on the Buy Rdp Server network or on another provider's network, is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your VPS(s) without refund.
  • Legal Compliance: Users are prohibited from transmitting, distributing, or storing any material that violates applicable laws or regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights used without proper authorization. Material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws is also prohibited and will result in termination of your VPS(s) without refund.
  • Repercussions and Accountability: Users are solely responsible for the content of their accounts. Any repercussions resulting from the content will be borne solely by the account holder.
  • Prohibited Content: Hosting material that defames, abuses, harasses, or threatens any person or group is strictly prohibited.
  • Cryptocurrency Mining and CPU-Intensive Services: Bitcoin, Litecoin, Namecoin, or any other cryptocurrency mining activities are not allowed on our VPSs. However, running cryptocurrency software for websites, online applications, or personal/commercial use is permitted. CPU-intensive services like Folding@home are also prohibited.
  • Tor Exit Nodes: Hosting Tor exit nodes is not permitted on our VPSs. Middle, bridge, or entry nodes are acceptable.
  • Refunds and Chargebacks: Raising a chargeback or PayPal claim for refunds will result in the suspension of services. Refund requests must be submitted via tickets only.
  • Resource Usage: If your VPS affects the performance of other VPSs on the same node, it will be rebooted. If the issue persists, your VPS will be suspended until you contact us to address the problem and assure that it won't recur.

By using our VPS service, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in the termination of your service without notice.
